Nice hotel, free parking, very clean and the restaurant staff was friendly

The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and I particularly liked the pillows which were firm (it is rare to find these in hotels). It was perfect for a simple overnight before a business meeting.

The location - Close to the ariport and to promenade des anglais in addition to a decent drive (30-45 mins) to different locations such as Monaco, major beaches (Paloma, Plage de la Mala), Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Villefrance-sur-mer, Antibes, Cannes, Èze, Saint Paul de Vence, Grasse, etc. Price was very convenient including the parking. Also, the bar was opened usually at late night - we had few drinks when we are back to the hotel.

Good, clean, budget type hotel very close to the Nice airport. You can see the airport runway track through the windows. Sound isolation is very good and you can barely hear a plane taking off. Our triple room was quite small but once again it is a budget hotel. Breakfast not so wide in variety but still OK. There is a private parking lot next to the hotel, we visited Nice at the beginning of May and got a spot in the parking lot for our rental car. As far as I understood in the busy periods the hotel cannot provide a parking space for everyone, take that into consideration. There is a restaurant downstairs, working until 10 PM I believe.

The hotel is located near the airport. If you love the aircraft take off landing then choose this hotel. Windows are sound proof no issues when you want to have good sleep without any disturbance. Breakfast is good and consists of multiple options such as oats, cornflakes, croissant, breads, fruit salad, flavored curd, boiled egg, salami, coffee machine etc. One could opt for dinner as well.
